Shipping Policy

 

MichuThings is proud to offer quick delivery options for residents of the U.S. and Canada.

 

Orders will be processed within 1~2 business days.  

Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $45.

$7 flat rate shipping for orders under $45.

Delivery time is 3-7 days.

 

U.S.: $15 flat rate shipping for all orders.

Delivery time is 4-7 days.

(Duties and tariffs may apply upon delivery of the goods.)

 

 

Return policy

 

If you wish to return a product for any reason, please send us your request to admin@michuthings.ca. Provided the request is made 7 days within receiving the product and meets our terms, Michu Things will issue a refund.

 

When sending your request, please include your name, order number, and reason for return to allow us to process your requests quickly and efficiently. Upon approval, we will issue a return confirmation form to be printed out and included in the package when the product is returned.

 

We accept returns on packages unopened, unused, and undamaged. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the shipping cost when returning an order to Michu Things. A refund will be issued upon arrival of the returned product after ensuring the product is in the same condition as it was when first shipped.

 

 

Replacement of Parts

 

If you find that you are missing a component in your product, please issue a request to admin@michuthings.ca, specifying your name, order number and other relevant details. We will issue your missing component to you at no cost upon approval.
